Use User Management to give another person access to the selected SmartgridOne Controller. Enter the user's email address and confirm the entry.
Only grant access to people who need it and review the user list when an installer, employee, tenant, or service provider no longer requires access.
Global Settings can control app-wide presentation options such as colour schemes and the visibility of selected menus.
Global Settings may be unavailable depending on the supplier configuration and the permissions of the signed-in account.
Use Account Settings to change the username or password for the signed-in account.
Use an email address as the username whenever possible. Without a recoverable email-based username, restoring access after a forgotten password may not be possible.
