Configure CSV export on a compatible SMA Sunny WebBox and validate the first upload.
Before changing the logger, request dedicated FTP credentials from Eniris. Provide the site name, logger model, firmware and serial number, time zone, devices to include and installer contact. Eniris supplies the destination address, protocol, port, username, password and remote folder. Use the issued settings exactly; do not substitute your manufacturer portal login.
Follow the preparation and acceptance checklist. Confirm the export format with Eniris using an original sample file before commissioning. A working FTP connection alone does not prove that measurements can be imported.
The steps below apply to Sunny WebBox with Bluetooth. Its FTP push settings offer CSV export. The separate legacy Sunny WebBox manual describes FTP push as XML-only; do not apply the CSV instructions to that model. Send its model and a sample export to Eniris to select a suitable connector. Other SMA loggers, including Data Manager models, need their own model and firmware compatibility check. See the Bluetooth manual, sections 8.5.2–8.5.3 and legacy WebBox manual, section 9.4.
These controls are documented in the SMA Bluetooth WebBox manual. Menu wording can differ with firmware.
Send the logger model, firmware and serial number; installation and inverter identifiers; site time zone; an original CSV export; and the rated peak power of the largest installation in kWp. Eniris uses that capacity to configure spike filtering. Eniris manages the ingestion folder and internal account mapping; the customer does not need to provide a technical root-account setting.
Record the upload time and result. Ask Eniris to confirm a new file in the assigned folder and measurements in the correct Insights account. Compare device IDs, timestamps, units and values with the logger. Check another scheduled upload to confirm that recurring delivery works. The initial SmartgridX retrieval can only process files that have already arrived.
If no file arrives, check the issued destination, credentials, folder and network access. If a file arrives without measurements, send Eniris the filename, logger model, export settings and affected time range. Keep passwords out of screenshots.
