Understand how branding, domain configuration, email, and feature flags affect the portal.
Whitelabeling changes more than a logo. The current portal resolves branding from both organisation settings and the active white-label environment.
The company logo takes precedence when configured; otherwise the portal can fall back to the white-label dashboard logo. URLs are normalised before display, so use a publicly reachable HTTPS asset.
Test both appearance and behaviour
Validate desktop and mobile layouts, light and dark mode, login and password-reset emails, public-display assets, and any feature flags. A valid colour or CSS rule can still reduce contrast or hide an interactive state.
Configure a login logo, background colour, image or video, button colours, and registration visibility.
Configure dashboard logos, colours, sidebar styling, and optional custom CSS safely.
Prepare DNS, HTTPS, white-label assets, and authentication testing for a custom portal address.
Prepare the sender identity and templates used for authentication and operational messages.
