Plan preventive maintenance

The Maintenance planning section in site operations records planned work for selected equipment and can generate work orders.

Schedule work

1. Open site operations and choose Maintenance planning.
2. Select equipment and enter a title, note, start and end time.
3. If needed, choose a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly recurrence and its end date.
4. Enable work-order creation and set the preparation lead time.
5. Save and review the schedule and work orders.

Recurrences use the configured time zone. Lead time ranges from 0 to 90 days. Recurrences have an explicit end date within five years.

Alarm pauses

An optional alarm pause applies to the whole site. Each occurrence can last at most seven days. Check synchronization after saving: pending synchronization does not confirm that the alarm server applied the pause. Use the retry control when required.

Complete the work

Use Actions to assign responsibility and record intervention evidence. Cancel windows that no longer apply. Maintenance planning, alarm suppression and approved contractual exclusions serve different purposes; verify the relevant statuses independently.
