Adding a Device
Receiving measurements from Teleport
Teleport launches the installation by pushing measurement data to SmartgridOne. Contact Teleport for further information.
Generate a site
Teleport provides site access to the customer API account, OR to the SmartgridOne API account.
Once the API token of the customer or of SmartgridOne has access to the site, the import wizard can be launched in the SmartgridOne Controller.
If the API token belongs to SmartgridOne, SmartgridOne must configure the installation.
Importing a Site
- Select 'Start import wizard' under the 'Add sites' header.
- Select 'Teleport/WithTheGrid'
- Fill in the API token.
A list of all installations connected to the API token will be returned. Select the installations to be added and continue.
The sites will now be generated.
Correctly setting the settings
- Enter the generated site.
- Under the device settings of the inverter, configure the settings as preferred.
- Under general settings, set your desired strategy for production devices (e.g. Feed-In Restriction).
Troubleshooting
There is no data
Ensure Teleport is pushing data to SmartgridOne. Contact Teleport or SmartgridOne for further information.
The installation does not appear in the list
Contact Teleport to confirm that the installation has been added to the correct API key.
