Add Unify as a custom remote connector in Claude and authorize access to your account's sites, reports and dashboards.
Connect Claude to Unify with your own Insights identity. You can begin with read-only investigations and authorize supported changes when needed.
Sign in to Unify, select the intended account and open MCP. Copy this server URL:
https://unify.eniris.com/bff/mcp
No Anthropic API key or shared Eniris login is required. Use the remote connector setup, not a local server command or a JSON file containing your password.
An organization owner may need to add the connector under Organization settings → Connectors first. Each member then authorizes their own Unify access. Refer to Claude's remote connector instructions.
Claude is moving these controls into Plugins. If your sidebar says Plugins, find the connector there; the name depends on the interface rollout. See Claude's Plugins navigation update.
Unify displays the requesting app, callback origin and account. Choose Allow connection only for the account you intend to use.
Leave Also allow editing unchecked for read-only work. Enable it for supported saves if you have the corresponding portal permissions. If the account is wrong, deny the request, switch accounts in Unify and restart authorization from Claude.
Start with:
Use the Unify connector. Call portal_guide and tell me which account and permissions are connected. List ten sites I can access. Do not modify anything.
Check the returned account and sites. Then try:
For Demo Solar North, inspect the asset tree and available battery measurements. Explain state of charge, power and the timestamp of each reading. Distinguish missing telemetry from a battery that is not installed. Do not change the installation.
The site name is illustrative. Use a real accessible name in your own conversation.
Claude can only save supported changes when both the connection and your personal account allow them. Ask it to describe the intended edit, preserve unrelated fields and read back the result. Open the same item in Unify to verify it.
For full examples, see charts, reports and KPI workflows. A connector does not automatically run a daily investigation when the conversation is closed; recurring execution requires an explicitly configured facility outside this connection.
Open MCP → My connections in Unify and choose Revoke access. Disconnect or remove the connector in Claude as well if you no longer need it. Signing out of the originating Unify session or its expiry can also require a new connection.
