Open remote access for a supported controller and connected equipment.
SmartgridOne provides the remote connection used to reach supported controllers and equipment. Availability depends on the installation and the signed-in user's access.
Select the SmartgridOne site in the Eniris monitoring environment and use its remote-access action when available. The portal opens the controller-specific connection in a separate window using the authenticated session.
The connection requires an identified SmartgridOne controller. Reachable equipment and services depend on the installation configuration. Remote monitoring data alone does not establish that an inverter's own interface is remotely accessible.
If the action is unavailable, check the selected controller site and account access. If the window does not open, check popup handling. If a session fails, check controller connectivity and the remote service configuration.
Unify also supports configured building-management remote screens. This is a separate workflow from SmartgridOne controller access.
